Lay your baby on their back on a flat surface. Gently stretch their legs and measure from the top of their head to the bottom of their heel.
Use your baby’s most recent weight measurement from a health check-up.
When in doubt, size up. Babies grow quickly, and a slightly larger size will give you more wear time.
Consider weight over age. Babies vary greatly in size at the same age. Weight is often the most reliable guide.
